ALL BY MYSELF...
I FINALLY ventured out of the house today... ALL BY MYSELF (and the babies, of course!)!!! Thank you to Calmly Chaotic for giving me the motivation to do so! "If she can do it so can I," I told myself. Now, I am not as brave to breast feed in public, however. I have my babies on a strict schedule so when one is hungry, the BOTH are hungry at the same time! Today, I decided to go to this shopping center. Its basically one stop shopping. I needed to return our cable box, since we just got Verizon Fios (LOVE IT!), stopped at Carters and picked up a couple 3 month outfits, walked over to REI and purchased the drink console for the BOB stroller, next went to ULTA to get some make up (yay!), and after that it was feeding time again! I almost went home, but decided I am going to breast feed in my car! I brought my My Breast Friend pillow fed the boys, changed them and then went to Whole Foods Market. Yes, this was a lot of work, but so worth it! I need to feel like a normal human being again. And I am VERY proud of myself for having the courage to do this with 10 week old twins! YAY ME!

Good for you!! I'm already trying to figure out how I will venture out by myself with twins since my husband works odd hours but I don't want to be stuck in the house 24/7. You inspire me that I will be able to do it to!!
Congrats! Yeah, BFing in parking lots seems to be my thing now. I never ever noticed anyone doing it ever, so I thought I was some kind of weirdo. Alas, many do it, so there!
You are a pro now!
Yay for being brave and getting out of the house all with two babies! I can see imagine feeding in the car 2!! babies, you are sooo brave!
I am trying to get out of the house every day even if it is just for a walk. Makes me wanna do my hair a lil and put make up on and at least get out of pj's.
Well Done, sounds exhausting. However the more you do it the more easy it will become. And your right, you need to feel normal, and of course show the world your cute wee boys!
Wow, that's pretty impressive! I am yet to venture out of the house by myself with my two! If only they could be on the same schedule and if only they didn't hate their car seats so much (we haven't figured out what kind of long term stroller we want yet so are still using the snap n go with the car seats).
Way to go!!! Even the smallest things, like grocery shopping, seem like an accomplishment for me sometimes, and that's with one! Go you!
Wow- I am impressed, good job. I have yet to venture out on my own with my boys. I always wait for my husband to come home to help. I need to try and get out, it will hopefully build up my confidence!
The outfits that your boys are in, in your last post is so cute- love the jeans and stripes.
Anyways great job- I am inspired!
