It's Baaaack!
and back with a vengeance... UGH! I finally started my period again since the delivery of my twins and pre IVF. It's been a year and a half almost two years since I've had a "normal" period... Not one induced by IVF meds or birth. Let me tell you, it is NOT fun at all! This is TMI, but it is extremely heavy, I mean, soaking through the super pluses every 1 1/2 to 2 hours! I'm feel miserable and tired. I don't think I was warned of this either... Thank you (not!) all breastfeeding mama's! I guess after not having a period for nine plus months post birth, there is some cleaning out to do...
On a separate note, we have scheduled Rocco's MRI for July 3rd. I was really hoping to just get this over with but because he has to be put under, he has to fast for eight hours (poor baby!) Which means 7am appt and they are booked up! That was the soonest appointment we could get. Thank you to all of you praying for my lil guy!

I actually went to the hospital when I got my first "real" period after my boys. I literally thought I would bleed to death. I had no idea either!
My first one was super heavy too! I got it at 7 months PP, and that surprised me, because my LO was feeding at all hours of the day!!
I'll be praying for Rocco. I know that's a long time to wait, but I'm glad you got a morning appointment... that'll make things so much easier on him and you. :]
Good to know I'm not the only one! Thank you for praying! xo
Oh no! ya, I called my doctor about it yesterday and then they told me it was "NORMAL!" Why does no one talk about this!? I guess I'm just an open book ;-)
Thanks for the heads up! I appreciate the warning; I have yet to have 'it' come back!
I will definitely keep Rocco in my prayers.
Oh no! Mine hasn't come back yet and now I'm nervous!
I've been wondering when Rocco's MRI was going to be- sorry it's so far away, but July will be here before you know it. The morning appointment will make the 8 hour fast easier for him!
Thank you for praying! I hope yours won't be as bad!
Hopefully yours won't be as bad. But at least you have a heads up... I didn't ;-)
